en in banking for over 40 years, most of that career spent in regulatory compliance. My passion is helping others in implementing strong compliance programs.
I am the founder Ace In The Hole Management, LLC. In 2001, after starting FirstService Bank, our management team continued to assist other DeNovo banks in establishing their compliance policies and programs. When we sold the bank in 2007, I started Ace In The Hole Management to continue helping small financial institutions in the mid-west with their regulatory compliance. Fast forward and here we are today, blogging with many individuals we have worked with at Ace In The Hole Management and continuing our work to develop strong regulatory compliance programs.
